Lee & Co delivered a multi-site capital works programme for Property NSW, undertaking concurrent upgrade projects across several regional assets. The scope included a façade upgrade and amenities refurbishment in Glen Innes, a roof replacement and building renewal project in Inverell, a building refresh in Bombala, and a carpark repositioning and improvement project in Dubbo.
Each site required tailored planning and delivery strategies, with all works carried out within live, operational environments across regional NSW. The programme showcased our capability in managing simultaneous, geographically dispersed projects, coordinating stakeholders across multiple regions, and delivering consistent outcomes under a unified capital works framework.
