Lee & Co Construction is committed to maintaining a quality management system that will improve efficiency and productivity to ensure that all our services meet the requirements of our customers. The aim of this management system is to ensure that our teams fully understand and comply with our customers requirements at all times.

 

Our organisation is committed to: 

  • Provide adequate resources to establish, implement and maintain the quality management systems 

  • Communicate this policy to all employees through inductions, training and ongoing example in the workplace 

  • Ensure the management system is implemented across the organisation 

  • Promote a culture standard of defect free completion 

  • Monitor and measure the effectiveness of implementation of the system through a program of audits to verify performance 

  • Each workplace shall establish appropriate performance indicators to ensure these objectives are met

SAFETY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM
ISO 45001:2018

Lee & Co Construction is committed to maintaining a safety management system that will protect employees, contractors and visitors at our various workplaces from work-caused injury and ill health. Our safety management system has been developed in line with relevant safety legislation and industry best practices.

 

Our organisation is committed to: 

  • Promote a culture standard of zero workplace injuries 

  • Complying with statutory requirements, codes, standards and guidelines 

  • Providing a safe and healthy workplace for all of its employees, contractors and visitors to its premises as well as to the premise of its customers 

  • Defining roles and responsibilities for work health and safety 

  • Setting up objectives and targets with the aim of eliminating work related incidents in relation to our activities, products, and services 

  • Use of safe working systems supported by documented safe working procedures

  • Consulting with employees, contractors and our clients to improve decision making on Work Heath and Safety matters Lee & Co Construction has had nil convictions in relation to health and safety laws.
