Distribution Facility Expansion, Alcohol Logistics – Private

This project involved the expansion of an existing distribution facility for a major alcohol supplier. The works included the delivery of a high-value packing area for imported liquor, enabling works for a new CO₂ tank—covering slab construction, structural allowances, and services—and the extension of the existing staging area to boost operational capacity.

Delivered under a Design & Construct contract, Lee & Co led the concept design and oversaw all authority approvals, with both streams accelerated through close collaboration with our design partners. The project was successfully completed within a demanding 3-month programme, inclusive of concept design, approvals, and construction.

All works were undertaken within a live, fully operational facility, requiring staged delivery, stringent safety controls, and ongoing coordination with the client’s logistics operations.
