Distribution Centre – Revesby – Décor Innovations

Delivered on an 8,800 sqm site, this project comprised 5,500 sqm of GFA and combined adaptive reuse with new construction. The existing 2,000 sqm warehouse was stripped back to its steel structure, with only a single boundary precast wall retained. The steel frame was remediated, strengthened, and made good before being integrated into the new facility.

The scope also included 1,500 sqm of new warehouse space, a dedicated dock office, and 1,250 sqm of cold-shell office accommodation across four levels, capped with a roof terrace. The build further incorporated integrated services designed to suit the tenant’s factory layout, ensuring operational readiness from completion.

Delivered under an ECI Design & Construct contract, the project reached completion within 15 months, showcasing our capability in complex redevelopment, structural remediation, and seamless integration of new and existing assets.
