Corporate Office Fit-Out, Sydney CBD – Private

Delivered as a full Design & Construct, end-to-end turnkey solution, this project involved a 330 sqm office fit-out in the heart of the Sydney CBD. The layout included eight private offices, an open-plan workspace, and three small meeting rooms, all planned around a highly constrained floor plate.

The centrepiece of the fit-out was a multi-functional kitchen, boardroom, and reception waiting area, created through high-end custom joinery and integrated operable walls. This flexible design allowed the spaces to function independently or be opened up into one large, seamless entertaining area, maximising amenity and versatility within the limited footprint.
