Co-Working Office Conversion – The Great Room

This project involved the transformation of an existing co-working space into a new hospitality-focused co-working environment in the Sydney CBD. The works included the demolition and relocation of the existing comms room to create a generous, open-plan entry zone, the renewal and upgrade of existing offices, and the construction of a new front-of-house precinct.

The revitalised front-of-house incorporated feature ceilings, new meeting rooms, a work hall, and a series of curated hospitality-style spaces including a café, reception zone, booths, and informal gathering areas. These spaces were brought to life through high-end joinery, bespoke finishes, and carefully selected furniture, delivering a warm, contemporary workplace experience aligned with the operator’s hospitality-driven brand.
