This project involves the construction of a two-storey childcare facility with a semi-basement level, purpose-built to accommodate 127 children. Delivered under an ECI Design & Construct contract, the works include a fully integrated tenant fit-out, incorporating both indoor learning spaces and outdoor play areas on each floor.
The project is being delivered on a boundary-to-boundary site, requiring meticulous staging, logistics planning, and coordination. As the site was previously undeveloped, the works also include the installation of new electrical infrastructure and an upgraded incoming water service to support the operational requirements of the facility.
The integrated D&C approach ensures the base build and tenant fit-out progress in parallel, enabling a seamless transition into operation upon completion.
